From the press release: "Clinical research has already shown that lessons in the Alexander Technique lead to significant reductions in the pain and disability associated with chronic back pain. Now a new clinical trial will investigate how effective Alexander Technique lessons are for people with chronic neck pain."
Of course, Alexander Technique teachers have seen how learning the Alexander Technique can help people with neck pain, so this research is great news. The trial is being conducted in the North of England so if you have contacts who are up there suffering with neck pain let them know!
If you hold Private Health Insurance with PruHealth, please note that Bethan is now on their register as a recognised PruHealth provider.
