"She has reportedly turned to the Alexander Technique...It is used by many actors, singers and dancers and is a method of changing everyday movement habits to improve freedom of movement, balance, co-ordination and posture, and to reduce tension.
A friend said: 'Victoria has been working hard on getting a straight back and correcting her terrible posture. You can tell that something is working as the years of Victoria's shoulders being slumped are over, she's walking straighter now.' Mrs Beckham, 35, suffered from so much foot strain that doctors advised her to have an urgent bunionectomy...The Alexander Technique has helped her alleviate some of the foot pain..."
